as hinted at eons ago, i was hard at work on a new feature length score. i wrapped my portion of work last summer and at long last the film is starting to make the rounds at film festivals. the trailer has recently been posted on the ‘tube:
zombies! blood! gore! comedy! more gore! it was a lot of work and i’m proud of the musical result…a great mix of classic horror strings, campy synth arpeggios, and persian percussion. its showing at Film Fest D.C. and Seattle International Film Festival among others. i’ll post as soon as i have some dates.
i’m presenting at the upcoming seattle live user group meeting. details after the jump. of additional note is that the presentation will be done using examples from my latest scoring project, the upcoming feature film Z.M.D. (i’ll post a link to the trailer soon):
